New CPE Series: October activity available now

Welcome to the second activity of our new CPE series: Medication Therapy Management (MTM) in Patients with Diabetes, which has been designed for pharmacists who take care of patients with diabetes. The October activity will cover medical nutrition therapy, physical activity, and health maintenance considerations for patients with diabetes.
