Analysis of Endocrine Disruptors Using a Thermo Scientific Accucore XL C8 4 µm HPLC Column
Eilidh MacRitchie, Thermo Fisher Scientific
This application note compares the performance of the solid core Accucore™ XL C8 4 µm HPLC column with that of a fully porous 5 µm traditional HPLC column for the analysis of endocrine disruptors under gradient mobile phase conditions.

Separation of Phospholipids Derived from Biological Extracts Using a Solid Core Reversed Phase HPLC Column
Joanna Freeke and Valeria Barattini, Thermo Fisher Scientific
In this application, a Thermo Scientific Accucore RP-MS LC column was used to separate a range of lipids derived from biological sources. Excellent chromatographic performance was achieved at backpressures comparable with conventional HPLC instrumentation.

The Accucore™ RP-MS HPLC column is an ideal phase for lipid analysis due to the balance of speed and efficiency. It utilizes Core Enhanced Technology™ with optimized bonding for reversed phase HPLC and LC–MS analysis.

LC–MS-MS Method for the Determination of Testosterone Using a Thermo Scientific Accucore C8 HPLC Column
K. Phipps, Thermo Fisher Scientific
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the analysis of testosterone was carried out on an Accucore™ C8 HPLC Column, 2.6 µm 50 x 2.1 mm resulting in a fast separation with a cycle time of 1.5 min while maintaining excellent peak shape.

Analysis of Ibuprofen and Valerophenone Using a Thermo Scientific Accucore XL C18 4 µm HPLC Column
Eilidh MacRitchie, Thermo Fisher Scientific
This application note compares the performance of the solid core Accucore™ XL C18 4 µm HPLC column with that of a fully porous 5 µm traditional HPLC column for the analysis of ibuprofen and valerophenone using an isocratic method based on the USP1.

Analysis of Fat Soluble Vitamins Using a Thermo Scientific Accucore XL C18 4 µm HPLC Column
Derek Hillbeck and Ken Meadows, Thermo Fisher Scientific
The analysis of six fat soluble vitamins on an Accucore XL C18 4 µm column increased the resolution of the critical pair vitamin D2 and D3, by 30% to 2.5 for the Accucore™ XL C18 4 µm compared to 1.92 for the 5 µm fully porous C18 column.

Separation of Metformin and Voglibose Using a Thermo Scientific Accucore HILIC HPLC Column
Krishna Rao Dara, Prakash Chander, and Dr. Tushar N Mehta, Centre of Excellence for Asia Pacific Laboratory and Thermo Fisher Scientific
This application note demonstrates the use of the Accucore™ HILIC HPLC column for the separation of two highly polar antidiabetic drugs, metformin and voglibose.
