LCGC TV: The Potential for Ionic Liquid-Based Coatings in SPME
More and more analytes are now being found in complicated matrices. Jared Anderson from the Iowa State University recently designed new SPME coatings based on polymeric ionic liquids suitable for these matrices. He discusses the potential for these coatings to improve on SPME.
Low Cost, High Speed Analysis of Dioxins, PCBs, and PBDEs
The next generation "Total Solution" Sample Prep system combines three sample prep processes into one economic package. The TRP Total-Rapid-Prep system performs the extraction, sample cleanup and concentration for six samples simultaneously in less than a few hours. The TRP is a closed system that produces excellent recoveries that are consistent, reproducible for Dioxins, PCBs and PBDEs. For more information

Hernan Cortes: Lifetime Achievement Award Winner
Mark Schure spoke to LCGC Europe’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner, Hernan Cortes, about his career with Dow Chemical, multidimensional chromatography, the evolution of mass spectrometry (MS), and the direction that liquid chromatography (LC) is taking.
7000 GC Flowmeter
Improve your GC accuracy and reproducibility now for only £359.  One of the secrets of good gas chromatography analysis is ensuring your GC is set up correctly.  The 7000 GC Flowmeter allows you to easily and accurately set gas flows on your GC as well as the ability to automatically calculate split ratios and column flows.

TSKgel Amide-80 for UHPLC SpeedCore HPLC range
TSKgel Amide-80 is now available in 2 micron particle size. For years, TSKgel Amide-80 columns are used successfully for HILIC separations of polar compounds such as saccharides, glycans, oligosaccharides, or peptides. The amide chemistry is particularly popular for glycosylation analysis of proteins. The new small particle size columns deliver higher resolution and peak capacity and are ideally suited for UHPLC and UHPLC-MS.
