Anterior chamber phakic IOL for high myopia

The hydrophobic, acrylic, anterior chamber phakic IOL (AcrySof Cachet, Alcon Laboratories) performed well in a 5-year study of its safety and efficacy, according to Thomas Kohnen, MD, PhD.
