Collegium Pharmaceutical (Canton, MA) announced that Joseph Ciaffoni, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be promoted to Chief Executive Officer and join the Board of Directors effective July 1, 2018. Mr. Ciaffoni will succeed Michael T. Heffernan, who founded Collegium in 2003 and will step down as CEO on June 30, 2018. Mr. Heffernan will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board.
