Pre-Tensioned Screens Meet the Requirements
For Precise Material Processing

The screens are ideal for OEM's round and square sifters, rotating screeners, and some vibrating screens which require the screening media to be pre-tensioned prior to installation.
W.S. Tyler's new, state-of-the-art Pre-Tension Manufacturing Work Station has the capacity to tension woven wire mesh from 16" to 72" round and square frame screens. Frames can be screened beginning at 4 mesh 0.050" wire diameter, down through 500 mesh, 0.0010" wire diameter.
W.S. Tyler can also re-screen customer supplied frames and OEM replacement screens.
