PPG offers new “prepper” training course for entry-level
body shop technicians |

| The new two-day course, called “Refinish Preparation Specialist Training,” is intended for entry-level technician assistants who have never received any formal PPG training and work alongside body and refinish technicians using PPG products and processes.
|

| Participants will develop their skills in substrate cleaning, sanding, masking and preparing bumper covers and plastic parts—as well as learning the importance of keeping a clean and organized shop. Graduates become certified in EPA 6H Area Source Rule requirements and receive a certificate of achievement.
