Leadership for Drug Development Teams
The first leadership program created specifically for pharmaceutical professionals, Tufts CSDD's Leadership for Drug Development Teams course is a fast-paced, two-day course that provides training in effective leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills for R&D team leads, program managers, functional directors and scientists.
