It has good dynamic binding capacity even at low residence times. Toyopearl AF-rProtein A-650F resin's new recombinant ligand (non-animal derived) has been engineered to maintain capacity even after exposure to repeated clean in place cycles (CIP) of 0.5mol/L NaOH.
