Cultivation strategies for achieving high-performing fed-batch processes

Process optimization to maximize the volumetric productivity remains a key upstream objective for the majority of biopharmaceutical companies. In this webinar, we will outline cultivation strategies for achieving high-performing fed-batch processes for Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines. We will also deliver insight into the features and benefits of ActiCHO™ Media System as well as single-use Xcellerex™ and WAVE Bioreactor™ systems, in scalable processes.

Experimental investigation of scale effects in high throughput process development studies

High throughput process development (HTPD) has already been proven successful, mainly because it allows for faster investigation of larger experimental space of process conditions, with smaller sample consumption. In general, HTPD studies to develop chromatography steps can be performed using different miniaturized formats that support parallel experimentation. In this work we have analyzed effects related to local hydrodynamic conditions around Protein A medium particles.
