Thank you for joining us for the 2014 CVC San Diego. We’re excited to share this year's experience with you and your team.

Planning for 2015 CVC San Diego is already underway, and it includes assigning the exhibit hall floor space. At CVC, re-sign for the next year's booth space is done onsite during the current event. Each CVC exhibiting company receives a designated time to select a 2015 booth space based on that company's San Diego exhibit points. Points are based on the number of years of exhibiting at San Diego, current 2014 CVC square footage, and total year sponsorship activity.

This year, CVC is re-introducing an additional discounted rate for exhibiting at all three 2015 CVC conventions. This special rate is in addition to the Power Exhibitor benefits you can receive for participating at all three CVCs. These benefits include complimentary attendee lists, bag inserts, and discounts on advertising in convention materials, to name a few.

An additional bonus: Companies that commit to increasing their 2015 booth space contracted over their 2014 space contracted (through additional space or an additional CVC) will be eligible for targeted online advertising impressions on www.dvm360.com, the #1 website for veterinary professionals. This bonus is an excellent opportunity to gain visibility beyond the convention.

Due to the growth of the CVC conventions and the addition of these new incentives, we want to meet one-on-one with each exhibitor to identify and select the best space, location, and marketing programs to meet your individual goals.

Please note that the re-sign room is located on the west side of the exhibit hall.

A few items to note for re-sign:
  • The floor may change during the re-sign process. It's not uncommon for booths to re-arrange, causing a shift in all of the booths following. We recommend reviewing the floor plan ahead of your scheduled time to identify a few key spots in which you are interested.
  • Designate a key person who is on site to select the exhibit space on behalf of your Company. If your booth commitments are finalized by corporate decision makers, please discuss your options prior to your appointment so that you can select at your scheduled appointment time and not miss your opportunity to select a desired booth space.
  • In order to reserve your booth space, the 2015 contract must be signed (and initialed on all 3 pages) and a $200 deposit paid. If your onsite representative cannot pay the deposit, consider sending a check or money order with them to process the contract. Or use our online payment link at www.advanstar.com/payonline.
  • If your Company has limited booth personnel onsite in San Diego and you cannot leave the booth for your scheduled re‐sign appointment, let us know ahead of time so I can make arrangements for coordinating your 2015 booth selection.
