Thank you for joining us for the 2016 CVC Virginia Beach -- we’re excited to share this new location and the tremendous registration response with you! CVC and the great minds behind the dvm360 family of publications have created an educational program that is the most innovative and interactive in the profession. Our sessions are designed to empower and support the entire veterinary team as they learn and work together for the benefit of their patients, their clients, and their practice.

Planning for the 2017 CVC Virginia Beach convention is underway, and it includes assigning the Exhibit Hall floor space. At CVC, re-sign for the next year's booth space is done onsite during the current event. Each CVC exhibiting company receives a designated time to select a 2017 booth space based on that company’s Virginia Beach exhibit points. Points are based on the number of years of exhibiting at CVC's East coast convention, current 2016 CVC square footage, and 2016 total year sponsorship activity.

CVC is pleased to offer Power Exhibitor benefits for participating at all three CVCs. These Power Exhibitor benefits include complimentary attendee lists, bag inserts, signage and web recognition, onsite mentions, and discounts on advertising in convention materials, to name just a few. These benefits are valued at over $5,000 per location.

An additional bonus: Companies that commit to increase their contracted 2017 booth space over their 2016 contract (whether through additional space contracted or contracting an additional CVC location) will be eligible for either targeted online advertising impressions on www.dvm360.com, the #1 website for veterinary professionals, OR two upgrades to your company’s Products360 Marketplace listing (a $1,000 value). These bonuses are an excellent opportunity to gain visibility beyond the convention.

A few items to note for re-sign:
  1. The floor may change during the re-sign process. It’s not uncommon for booths to re-arrange, causing a shift in all of the booths following. We recommend reviewing the floor plan ahead of your scheduled time to identify a few key spots in which you are interested.
  2. Designate a key person who is on site to select the exhibit space on behalf of your Company. If your booth commitments are finalized by corporate decision makers, please discuss your options prior to your appointment so that you can select at your scheduled appointment time and not miss your opportunity to select a desired booth space.
  3. In order to reserve your booth space, the 2017 contract must be signed (and initialed on all 3 pages) and a $200 deposit paid. If your onsite representative cannot pay the deposit, consider sending a check or money order with them to process the contract. Or use our online payment link at http://epay.advanstar.com/.
  4. If your Company has limited booth personnel onsite in Virginia Beach and you cannot leave the booth for your scheduled re-sign appointment, let us know ahead of time so I can make arrangements for coordinating your 2017 booth selection.
