Thank you for joining us for the 2017 CVC Kansas City. We continue to deliver a highly qualified professional audience, create engagement and provide content to empower and support the entire veterinary team as they learn and work together for the benefit of their patients, their clients, and their practice.

Planning for 2018 is well underway, and the next steps include assigning the Exhibit Hall floor space. Our re-sign for the next year’s booth space is done onsite during the current year’s event. You’ll receive a designated time to select a 2018 booth space based on your company’s CVC Kansas City exhibit points. Points are based on the number of years as an exhibitor at CVC Kansas City convention, currently contracted 2017 CVC square footage, and total year-to-date 2017 sponsorship activity.

We would like to meet one-on-one with you to identify and select the best space, location, and marketing programs to meet your individual goals help you make the most of our new incentives.

A few items to note for re-sign:
  1. The exhibit hall floor layout may change during the re-sign process. It’s not uncommon for booths to re-arrange, causing a shift in all of the booths following. We recommend reviewing the floor plan ahead of your scheduled time to identify a few key spots in which you are interested.
  2. Designate a Company representative who will be onsite to select the 2018 exhibit space on behalf of your Company. If your booth commitments are finalized by people who will NOT be onsite, discuss and identify several placement options that will meet your objectives. Come to CVC with your list of options so that you can select at your Company’s scheduled appointment time and not miss your opportunity to select your desired booth space.
  3. A signed 2018 contract and payment of a $200 deposit must be provided onsite in order to reserve your selected space. Your onsite Company representative can pay the $200 deposit onsite with a credit card or by check or money order. Or, you can prepay the $200 deposit prior to coming onsite via the UBM online payment link at epay.advanstar.com. Bring the payment reference number provided with you.
  4. If your Company has limited booth personnel onsite at CVC and you cannot leave your booth for your scheduled re-sign appointment, let us know ahead of time. I can make arrangements for coordinating your 2018 booth selection with you.
Now is a great time to start discussing marketing and sponsorship plans for 2018 and the benefits of becoming a Power Exhibitor. The Power Exhibitor package includes a bundle of marketing programs designed to build your brand and drive traffic to your booth. This package is valued at over $5,000.
