Your designated time to select a 2018 booth space is based on your company’s Fetch West exhibit points. Points are based on the number of years as an exhibitor at Fetch, currently contracted 2017 Fetch square footage, and total year-to-date 2017 sponsorship activity. We would like to meet one-on-one with you to identify and select the best space, location, and marketing programs to meet your individual goals help you make the most of our new incentives. It’s not uncommon for booths to re-arrange, causing a shift in all of the booths following. We recommend reviewing the floor plan ahead of your scheduled time to identify a few key spots in which you are interested. Designate a Company representative who will be onsite to select the 2018 exhibit space on behalf of your Company. If your booth commitments are finalized by people who will not be onsite, discuss and identify several placement options that will meet your objectives. Come to Fetch with your list of options so that you can select at your Company’s scheduled appointment time and not miss your opportunity to select your desired booth space. A signed 2018 contract and payment of a $200 deposit must be provided onsite in order to reserve your selected space. Your onsite Company representative can pay the $200 deposit onsite with a credit card or by check or money order. Or, you can prepay the $200 deposit prior to coming onsite via the UBM online payment link at epay.advanstar.com. Bring the payment reference number provided with you. If your Company has limited booth personnel onsite at Fetch and you cannot leave your booth for your scheduled re-sign appointment, let us know ahead of time.
