We are happy to launch the "GOLD STANDARDS." Newsletter. This newsletter will give you a weekly update on the "GOLD STANDARDS." program, its underlying initiatives, their execution and the way forward. We bring you stories and insights that will motivate us to achieve "Excellence" in whatever we do and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
We are just beginning our journey towards "GOLD STANDARDS." , so far the response and energy has been good, but each one of us has to shift gears in order to define our "GOLD STANDARDS." goals and set out our path to achieve them in the second half of
FY 2015. The "GOLD STANDARDS." Pledge, practicing them in our daily work schedule and periodic monitoring is the most important part of this journey. We will soon launch the 'iPlan' tool to record, track & monitor our pledges. Looking forward to each of us creating "GOLD STANDARDS." experience in everything we do. The 5 Winners of the "GOLD STANDARDS." Logo Contest were announced post the lucky draw from the pool of 29 shortlisted correct entries. A Microsoft Lumia 535
has been despatched to each of the winners.

Sridhar & Manish Bhatia from Enterprise Account Management team shared their "GOLD STANDARDS." pledge. Sridhar praised Manish about his commitment on delivering beyond the call of duty with Zero Defects. Manish was awarded with "GOLD STANDARDS." Badge from Prem.
Delay in Collections
As per the payment plan of a customer, the business team was to collect INR 3.61Cr in May'14, towards remaining 30% of the amount mentioned in the invoice (Total Value INR 12.32Cr). The team missed taking one of the items in the worm sheet of amount INR 5.34 Cr. Also the team did not ask for the 30% of this amount to be paid up front.
