This webcast will feature technical speakers from Phenomenex and AB SCIEX discussing tips and tricks for food laboratory scientists and method development chemists looking to establish routine workflows for true unknown contaminant screening in food samples using high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS).  The speakers will discuss sample preparation approaches and HPLC column selection to cover a wide range of compound polarities, solubilities, and molecular weights, while also discussing how high resolution mass spectrometry, and high resolution MS/MS (MRMHR), can be incorporated in a routine testing lab for true unknown screening workflows.
