The D-Star DFL-10 Fluorescence Detector is a low-cost highly sensitive filter based detector for use in liquid chromatography as well as other techniques such as flow injection analysis. The geometry of the optical system, including its flowcell design permits the instrument to be used for nephelometry. The lamp may be turned off so that the instrument can be used for chemiluminescence and bioluminescence. Ideal for dedicated assays such as monitoring post-column derivitizations. Typical Applications include: Aflatoxins, Fluorescent Proteins (GFP), Histamines, Vitamins, Formaldehyde, PAH and more. Low-cost fixed wavelength absorbance detectors are available. Dual wavelength detectors are also available.
