I am writing to you regarding an announcement that has been posted prior to headquarters review and authorization by Dani Instruments made on February 18, 2016 through LCGC's e-mail database concerning headspace replacement campaign for the USP 467, Residual Solvents Method.

To the extent that such statements may have generated confusion we apologize to our customers and Agilent Technologies for any inconvenience this announcement might have caused.

In order to prevent repetition of such unauthorized dissemination again in the future, DANI Instruments has adopted a stringent communication release process in alignment with the Company's corporate headquarters.
