I hereby grant Advanstar Communications Inc. and all of its affiliated entities (“Advanstar”) permission to use my remarks and/or likeness in photograph(s) (whether such photographs are taken by or for Advanstar or supplied by me or on my behalf) in any and all manner, for advertising, trade or for any other lawful purpose, including use in and for the MAGIC Show, in any and all other media (including digital electronic form and via the internet), whether now known or hereafter exisiting, in perpetuity.
I understand that my remarks will be edited, that the photographs may be cropped, screened or altered and that Advanstar intends to publish material regarding me in advertising, trade and promotional materials.
Therefore, I hereby release Advanstar, its employees, agents, assigns, transferees and licensees from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action or damages arising out of the use of the interview and/or the photograph(s), including but not limited to any re-use, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use of such photographs in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced.
