(CASE 11) Anterior corneal dystrophy with cataracts, myopia, and irregular astigmatism. A lamellar keratectomy with cataract surgery was performed with myopia as the goal. Laser PRK myopic astigmatism ablation followed to achieve a clear cornea and emmetropia.
