Step 1. After cataract surgery, perform goniotomy—open the trabecular meshwork.

Step 2. Prime the catheter with viscoelastic and feed it through Schlemm’s canal 360^°.

Step 3. Withdraw the catheter and viscodilate the trabecular meshwork, Schlemm’s canal, and collector channels and remove OVD from anterior chamber.
