Unit includes positive displacement pumps, plug/pump inserter and bowl feeders and is mounted under L aminar flow fume hood + 36" stainless steel turntable + IMA Libra Sens 350 pressure sensitive labeler with worm screw feeder, external label feeder and vision system capable of handling bottle sizes 16-78 mm diameter x 220 mm high serial# 1058 + GUK leaflet inserter; + IMA Flex CSD horizontal cartoner with adjustable centers capable of carton size rage of 15-90mm L-R x 12-65mm high x 55-190mm deep, serial# 1105 + OCS HC 750 check weigher with 750 gram max, 5 - 40 c, serial# 1100106
+ IMA 3781E bundler/wrapper serial# 5205 + IMA CP18 side-loading case packer with a case range of 190-600mm x 80-400mm x 90-350mm deep cases at speeds up to 14 cases/minute, serial# 5120 + Interconnecting conveyor. This line was built in 2004 and is set up for eye dropper bottles.
