It's no secret that job dissatisfaction, burnout and compassion fatigue play major roles in employee turnover in veterinary practices today. And replacing an employee is neither easy nor cheap: Experts estimate the cost to be 50% to 75% of the employees annual salary!
As artificial intelligence (AI) makes its way into the industry, practices that implement new ways to automate mundane, joyless tasks will enjoy a happier team and a more successful practice with much less turnover. Through didactic teaching and a series of case examples, webinar attendees will discover how integrating technology with AI into practice management can generate real employee and client satisfaction and a better bottom line:
Provide clients with the fast, convenient pet care they demand.
Save time, money and staff frustration by automating routine tasks such as appointment scheduling, record keeping, refills and more.
Implement existing AI tools quickly and easily into your practice.
