It's no secret that job dissatisfaction, burnout and compassion fatigue play major
roles in employee turnover in veterinary practices today. And replacing an employee is
neither easy nor cheap: Experts estimate the cost to be 50% to 75% of the employees
annual salary! |
As artificial intelligence (AI) makes its way into the industry, practices that implement new
ways to automate mundane, joyless tasks will enjoy a happier team and a more successful
practice with much less turnover. Through didactic teaching and a series of case
examples, webinar attendees will discover how integrating technology with AI into practice
management can generate real employee and client satisfaction and a better bottom line: |
• |
Provide clients with the fast, convenient pet care they demand. |
• |
Save time, money and staff frustration by automating routine tasks such as
appointment scheduling, record keeping, refills and more. |
• |
Implement existing AI tools quickly and easily into your practice. |
