Pet Insurance: Hype or Help?

Pet insurance is a hotly debated topic, and many veterinarians wonder if they should promote it. Did you know that more than 2.4 million pets were insured in 2018, a 17.1% increase from the previous year? Pet insurance is on the rise, and if they haven’t already, your clients will be asking you about it. This course will discuss the current state of the pet insurance industry and debunk some myths. David Liss, RVT, VTS (ECC, SAIM), CVPM, who has worked with multiple companies as a practice manager and administrator, will present his philosophy on pet insurance.

After this presentation, you will:

• understand the history of and current state of the pet insurance industry,

• confidently discuss pet insurance with your clients, and
