Tranexamic acid plus laser demonstrates effective treatment
Oral tranexamic acid combined with low fluence 1064 nm Q-switched Nd: YAG laser provided better outcomes than use of oral tranexamic acid alone, and the combination was more effective and safe for the treatment of melasma treatment, a recent study shows.
