For many pet owners, cost is a major roadblock to seeking veterinary care. The good news is that the issue is usually of one of affordability, not the perceived value of that care. If you're a veterinary team member who talks with clients about payment options for treatment and services, then this webinar is a must. |
|
Dr. Mark Olcott will present the latest AVMA and Veterinary Hospital Managers Association data on the rising cost of pet care and what today's pet owners expect to pay for that care. He will explain how existing payment solutions work and identify some newer tools that are gaining in popularity. Plus, atendees will gain a better understanding of: |
• |
Generational preferences in pet health care spending and payment options |
• |
Adoption trends for pet insurance and wellness plans |
• |
The differences among existing payment tools in the veterinary industry |
• |
