| In the production of recombinant proteins, the goal is to generate a high yield of functional protein. An important basis for a successful experiment is the cultivation of the cells as well as centrifugation as the basic technique for isolation and purification of the protein. In this Application Note, the production of a recombinant human phospho-serine phosphatase (hPSP), which is used as a proof of concept system, is described. |
