Smitha is the offsite Production Management Lead, all team members of Production Management in Chennai report in to her.
Karen is the onsite Production Management Lead and manages the onsite work with Jesse Singer and Production Support Group. She also handles administration of Datatrax and implementation of ELAN Ad Module with Joel Nelson in Chennai.
Tamilselvan (TS) oversees the Operations in Duluth and Chennai. Smitha and Karen report in to TS.

Standard Turnaround
All Project Deliverables - Per Schedule/As agreed between pub group and production contact
Enter orders in Datatrax - 48 hours from receipt of insertion order (except on ad close days and on Thursdays)
Report any problems with ad material - 24-48 hours from receipt of the file
Advertiser Invoicing - 24-48 hours from receipt of tearsheets
Preparing Quotes for Sales team - 2-3 business days/As agreed with the pub group for urgent requests
Invoice Reconciliation and Accruals - By noon on the last business day/ Per close schedule specified by ACI finance
Response to Escalation Emails with RCA - Within 24 hours of receipt of the email
Weekly Ad Tabulation Reports - Every Friday/As specified by pub group
Submission of Quality Inquiry forms to Printer - Within 24 hours of receipt of the printed copy at Chennai or Duluth facility per publication
